its hard to pick till we see haye in a meaningful scrap at hw with a known puncher..ol' fat rahman or even pensioner mcall would be a good name oponent to judge him by....even if he blasts em, he gets a good name on his record...i think dh is gonna be a breath of fresh air at hw..im lookin at him like a hw nigel benn....big power, potentially gets ko'd in every fight..its gona be a helluva ride....

for what its worth, i think peter only beats fighters who play his game..ie fall into a physical, brawling type fight...haye would not stand in front of him, and whilst he may not ko peter..(but i wouldnt be suprised if he did..) he may win a relatively wide decsion.....OR get caught flush looking at a pretty girl in the crowd and wake up as the ref reaches 124.......

i hope he is a success..these current contenders are all has beens, never weres and never will be's..the boring klitsckos are the cream of a bad crop...

  5. He hasn't beaten any Heavyweight worth a damn on the elite level that Peter has:deal
And Haye was stopped BY Carl Thompson:lol: cmon man Carl Thompson:lol:  Haye is over hyped get off his nuts, if he was KO'D by Thompson he better update his life insurance befor he get's in the ring with a big strong 255 lb Peter who will beat him into the ground, on physical strength alone, Peter's chin will outlast Haye's ,...

    CARL THOMPSON:lol:  :lloll

Haye would land 10 punches for each of Peter's. Peter would not last 2 rounds.

  9. keep dreaming:bush That guy on the left is more in touch with the real world than you are??

So, didn't giving Enzo Mac the beating of the decade not prove a point to you? Were you not impressed by the outright humiliation of Big Mac?

People say "he got knocked down by a super-middleweight journeyman! He's ****! 40 year-old carl thompson beat him, he's gonna get nowhere" yeah but he also knocked out the undisputed lineal Cruiserweight champion AND the WBO champion, one fight after another.

If he was so **** in the first place, and if Fragomeni manage to hit him, how did he manage to beat Mormeck, and how did he manage to OBLITERATE Enzo Mac? Mormeck was an extremely dangerous fighter, knocking him out in 7 rounds in Paris is about equal to beating a top 10-20 fringe Heavyweight contender in my opinion.

That fact is this is boxing. Everyone loses. Everyone loses rounds. Course Fragomeni hit him, this is a boxing match. The reason David Haye managed to beat the living **** out of Enzo Mac was precisely BECAUSE he had been in wars, he had been hurt, coz he took hard fights and had to dig deep. When Haye got floored by Mormeck he had the wisdom and experience to stay down on one knee and take the count. He knew to keep on the backfoot and wait for Mormeck to tire trying to take him out before launching his assault. Because Enzo Mac was an over-protected ***** who'd never been in a hard fight when HE got hit he paniced, backed up in a straight line and left his chin hanging. When he got hurt in the corner, rather than taking a knee he tried regaining his balance and got starched as a result.

The very things you describe about Haye as weaknesses appear to me like they are the very things that make him a REAL fighter. So what if he lost 2 rounds against Fragomeni? Thats what happens when you take on real fighters, guys with ambition instead of Frank Warren bums. You get hit. The fact that Haye dealt with it and KO'd his man later on shows me maturity, ring-scraft and experience, which on-top of pure talent and insane KO power makes Haye a very fearsome potential Heavyweight.

When was the last time he actually hurt a guy from one punch, if you exclude rabbit punches?
