Haye would beat Peter, most probably by KO.

Peter is not an effective KO puncher. He's too slow and predictable.

    Haye's straights all night.

Peter would win because 1. He had a perforated eardrum against mccline which messes up peoples equallibrium. 2. Haye doesn't exactly have a rock solid chin (Mormeck who doesn't hit nearly as hard as peter) almost Ko'd him in the fourth with a left hook. 3. Peter stills hits really hard but it takes him awhile to start throwing big shots(first he establishes his jab). Also Peter was never rocked by Maskaev but was offbalance when you watch it at a different angle.

Peter would Probably stop him around 9

It would be interesting to see how well Haye takes the first big punch from Peter. If he doesn't go down or get severely rocked, he has a chance of taking it by decision.

He better hope he doesn't, the way he holds his hands so far down if he does get hit, it will look like Peter/Williams all over again. Besides, his chin aint battle tested at Heavyweight yet.

Peter does not have problems with straight punches only hooks for some reason.

I am not very high on Sam Peter but I would bet the mortgage he would walk right through David Haye and KO him in brutal fashion and early in the fight.

    Peter KO3
