It is absolutely baffling to me why people don't like Haye. He is absolutely just what the doctor ordered for the heavyweight division.

    • Knockout Artist
    • Very Fast
    • Smack Talker (good one at that) :good
    • Seeks the best in the division
    • In top shape for every fight
    • Every fight exciting
    • Dodgy chin
    • Has a heart
    • Better than any title challenger for god knows how long
Even the people that hate him cant stop talking about him, I hope hes around for a very long time :D

.....and hes gonna KTFO of Wlad :bbb

Actually it wasn't a KO, Klitschko's second threw in the towel. It was the first time that he buckled under stress. Klitschko is probably the most fragile champion is the history of the division.

He is scared of all his opponents, that is why he won't fight unless they stand there and do nothing. If Dave Haye comes to fight and is clever enough to use a bit of lateral movement, as did Corrie Sanders, Klitschko will yet again collapse like a house of cards.

You're ridicilous. If being afraid means that he makes his every opponent look bad against him, then you're right. This year we will witness how this loud mouth little Haye is going to get knocked out brutally by the best heavyweight aka Wladimir Klitschko and then we will also witness all this whining from all you Klitschko haters again and again.

Vlad has never been afraid in any of his fight, I can tell you that right now. Sanders would has knocked Haye out cold. When in shape, Sanders was the best southpaw heavyweight in boxing history. I warned Kohl, and a member of Team Klitschko about Sanders, he was in his best shape ever at only 225lbs, at almost 6 feet 5 tall, very long arms, quick as hell and huge power, ask Bobby Czyz about Sanders if you run into him.

David Haye is a *****, yes he is controversial but the way he comes across is obnoxious and arrogant.

Haye whilst proven at Cruiserweight is unproven at heavy yet people are rating him as the 4th in the division.

Hell, Juan Carlos Gomez was a waay better cruiser than Haye, he has done alot more at heavy and he is ranked as a border line top ten:-(

P.S. David UK why all the man love for Haye?

Climb down from his crotch and have some fresh air maybe you might start to see straight.

Haye got hit by Barret a lot in their fight, and even got knocked down at one point.

His apathy towards having a proper defence may well find him in more trouble in the Heavy Weight division than in the cruiser for obvious reasons: the opposition firstly tends to be better, and of course they hit harder!

So far he reminds me a bit of Naseem Hamed, who relied on his natural supreme skill and power to handle less talented fighters, but was perhpas not quite technical enough when it came to fighting the top tier fighters of the day.

    I could be wrong.

Haye has not proven himself at heavyweight. He is nothing, fights with his mouth. Valouev knocked Barrett out. Vitali and Vlad are in a completely different class than Barrett or Haye. Vitali or Vlad will knock Haye out, then the haters will claim that Haye is not good, then they will create another hero. Chambers is faster than Haye, Povetkin beat Chambers, Vlad will stop Povetkin.

On punch and Haye will be knocked out cold. He is not in same class as Klitschkos.

No one is fighting top contenders. The closest is Povtkin. Even Vitalli Klitchko went straight from a very long retirement to a title fight. I realize unlike Haye he was a proven heavyweight. But still. Look at Vlauev. Straight bums before a fight with Larry Donald for a shot. There were better fighters out there waiting for a shot. Golota looses two title shots and gets another where he gets koed in one. Who you fought has nothing to do with getting a shot these days. Look at Toney. I would not be surprised if he gets another shot. The system is broken and it don't look like any one is fixing it anytime soon.

I would like to see Haye fight at least Arrolea. Even though it would be a slaughter with Chris getting ktfo. A better test would be Sam Peter. You would thing Haye would be chewing at the bit to get a chance to demolish Peter and put some real pressure on Wlad for a match. I sure Haye could make at least a million clear if he fought Peter. But maybe they don't want to expose their noisy Challenger to that kind of risk. They may believe they have a much bigger purse at stake.

Either way you look at it Klitchko would be wise to clear the air about Haye and fight. It is a much better fight for him than Arreola who needs more time. Right now Haye is where the money is for Klitchko. Especially since Vitalli decided to back out if his match. It is a good fight for Wlad unlike Ruiz he most likely will not loose to a fighter that started his career at less than 170.

Vitali was a proven heavyweight, former champion, WBC and WBO. Haye is not. Let Haye fight top contender.
