Yea Valuev did make it to the top somehow, but he also stayed there somewhat artificially like you say with the Chag fight.. also IMO Holyfield should have gotten the nod as well. You can make that claim too, regardless the point is that Haye should have fought Chagaev for that belt (and he would not beat him) and he isn't the rightful holder now.
