    When he was semi hit by Monte Barrett, and was out for 40 seconds. These are the incidents that stick in my mind, he is not bullet proof. I don't think at Heavyweight he has much punch resistance.

    Speed is power in his case... I don't look at him and see an ATG heavy but he's exciting and beats watching half the chaps active up there at the moment.

    If you wanted to be technically right...

    I should of named the topic "Force"

    Because power is..

    How fast you can applie a force in the shortest amount of time = Speed. That is the definition of Power....

    Force is the pressure.....a Truck has more force than a Formula One Car...but not more power. i.e speed.

    Ya get me...

    Consider what force is.

    With that sort of logic Malignaggi is a good puncher at 140. Force comes from punch technique, leverage and body position.

    Speed with that force is a deady combination. No great puncher had poor handspeed.

    hayes record is one of the best in boxing. name another guy that has 20 KOs in 21 fights that was unified champion, doubt its ever happeend.
