Except that I wasn't stressed at all, I felt like superman. I wasn't superman though, I needed rest. All the symptoms were there. But if you people love weights so much that you want to believe the basic principles of training do not apply, be my guest.
We're on to a whole different topic now, about stress (both mental and physical) and it's effect on the body.
x2 I wasn't talking about weights mate, it led onto this conversation from extra stimulus and undertraining etc.
