The good: He still hits like an out of control Mack Truck. And after about a minute or so, he did settle down a little and pick his shots better as a result. Used decent movement at points, too.

The bad: He still has a tendency to charge forward with only cursory use of the jab; and without making the slightest effort to move his head or upper body. And for the first minute and a half, his patience level and willingness to pick his shots was non-existent.

The verdict: He's still fun to watch, and his power makes him a threat against anyone at MW. But a top caliber MW will make him pay a dire price if his patience level and defense isn't improved in the future.

His power is World class, no doubt. Hardest hitter in the world though? Not sure about that. If that was the case, why didn't Rubio and Alcine feel it? It's easy to impress when you're fighting mostly cans. He is very powerful however, there's no doubt about that. I like the kid, want to see him do well, but I do think he's limited and will always struggle against quality opposition.

Great ****ing Knockout. Proves nothing about Lemieux's future but **** it...this guys' got ridiculous power so IMO it would be good to see him get his **** together and get to world level while he's still young.

If you seriously think Rubio didn't feel Lemieux's power, we didn't see the same fight. Rubio had a good tactic, but in the end it was a gamble. He was inches away from being brutally KOed a few times in that fight...

The Alcine fight was different: Alcine fought really well that night, and Lemieux didn't have his mojo back yet, and was probably not aggressive enough (learning too much from the Rubio fight perhaps?).

That being said, Lemieux still has to increase his boxing IQ to become a real threat for members of the top 10.

There should be an investigation!!!! The mexican had 3 layers of foam gloves while that Lemieux had thin horse hair gloves.
