David Lemieux returns in Oct/Nov for Stevens possibly

    According to the Ring Magazine, David wants to get back in the ring in his hometown of Montreal somewhere around October or November and Kathy Duva of Main Events is pushing hard to get Curtis Stevens as his next opponent.

    Hell to me, that sounds like a good fight. I wanna see this.
    It will be a fireworks fight for sure.

    Lemieux/Stevens is a good fight, no?

    I though he was fighting James T Kirkland :conf

    Stevens is a much better matchup though.

    yeah should be entertaining...couple of C level brawlers looking to knock each others heads off

    at least Lemieux wont be fighting a 154 guy that was stopped his last time out this time....good for him

    Why is this even news worthy and getting people hyped up? These are two bums who are part time boxers, according to alot here on ESB.

    Good fight that most likely ends in a ko. Lemieux is probably rated higher and would be the favorite but it's a pretty even match up. I'd lean towards Lemieux by ko.

    Stevens looked alright last time out in his new guise of The Cerebral Assassin :lol: but I've never rated him at all. Lemieux eats him for breakfast (and subsequently misses weight)
