Billy Joe comfortably beat Lee and Korobov is far more skilled than Lemieux, in fact I'd give Korobov a damn good chance at beating Canelo Alvarez. As far as Lemieux's chin vs Korobov's, I'd say they're about even, unlike Quillin and Jackson Korobov took a hellacious right hook flush never went down and took about 15 more, most people would have been knocked unconscious by the 1st one.

I'm not bashing David by any means, I've loved David for years, I think he has a good chance of beating most MW's even the ones I just mentioned, but you're underrating guys like Korobov and Saunders big time.

:good Korobov was a beast in the amateurs he beat Kovalev, Jack, both Chudinovs and KO'd Jacobs. As a pro not so spectacular but he did stop Derek Edwards, the guy that KO'd Badou Jack, that's something that Gilberto Ramirez and Andre Dirrell couldn't pull off. And dismantled Uzcategui who just KO'd Julius Jackson and shutout Porky Medina far better than DeGale just did. Saunders is as skilled as they come, almost a gypsy Mayweather.

I know old as hell post I woudnt say a fluke. but wrong game plan bad training. he had never sparred past 8 rounds before. he was up wide but didnt have the conditioning.
It would be the same as sprining until you are spent. then having to have a boxing match.

I don't think the rubio fight should be brought up in every lemiuec fight

"he is fading!!! I gave tapia the third" His conditioning is proper now.

I disagree with the billy joe saunders prediction. I think ndam could beat him. lee would have beat saunders if not for the knocksdowns. I'd take lee in the rematch.

    Lee vs BJS.
    lemiuex the winner.

Like I said in my OP he went all out and gassed, Rubio timed him caught him with a perfect rabbit punch behind his ear, it effected his equilibrium, but it wasn't necessarily indicative of a bad chin, which is what I was getting at with the post you quoted.

It was rightfully a close fight on the cards. the fight was anything but comfortable for anyone.

Nah BJS has a tendency to rack up points and then coast, he knew he'd won the first 6 rounds or so and with the two KD's he had it in the bag, so he didn't want to risk getting caught with anything big and played it safe.

yeah people were on his case for a bad chin forever. I think he proved vs ggg he can take a punch. (even while down)

I had it 8-4 + the two KD's 116-110 which is the accurate score, Lee didn't do nearly enough to clearly win anything other than 4 rounds, 2 others were close.

Tapia ain't bad either he rocked Kirkland several times and KO'd Dawson quickly something Trout couldn't do.

I didnt realize him and badou jack had the same fight plan.

I agree with korobov being wrong for lemiuex. BJS isnt that hard to hit. Lemiux has more tools than andy lee. I'd need to see BJS next fight. but from the ones I've seen of him. I'm not impressed really.

yeah but this was just a fight to make lemiuex look good. DL wont take his training for granted anymore. and maybe I am wrong about the BJS fight. but if BJS can beat lemiuex I think it would be extremly competitive. and if in canada i'd favour lemmy.

 Yeah BJS tends to do that a little too often. He's a real under achiever.
