Last week I posted about the possibility of Lemieux fighting Brian Vera. Unfortunately That fight couldn't be made.

Instead, it looks like Lemieux's promoter is about to secure another opponent today.

Ishe recently said on his twitter that he received an offer to fight Lemieux but turned it down because of short notice. Then he twited again saying he's not impressed with Lemieux and that he's ready to invade Montreal.

The fight would be a 12 rounder in Montreal on december 3rd.

Good fight for Lemieux. Ishe is a Solid vet that always takes young talent the distance...Alfonso Gomez, Sechew Powell, Joel Julio, Danny Jacobs & Fernando Guerrero. Good Fight for Lemieux.

Smith is a tougher fight than Vera and would also be the better fight for Lemieux's development but he's a bit risky as well. Vera would have been made for Lemieux and made him look good while Smith could make Lemieux look bad but he could learn a few things from the fight. I think, if the fight happens, Lemieux wins a comfortable but competitive decision. Smith seems to come up short more than not in these types of fights lately. Lemiuex by decision.

No, it would be a 5-6 rounder at most.

Smith is a tough smart veteran but Lemieux disposes of him easily

Lemieux didn't dispose of rugged Jason Naugler.

He might not dispatch of Ishe Smith. That said, it will look something like 119-109.

why? you sound like a jackass

unlike everyone else in this thread apparently, I don't think David KO's Ishe. in fact, I think Ishe stands a good chance, but more than likely of course he will come up short on another decision. Ishe has tough luck, but no way is he getting knocked out in the first round like Camacho Jr., nope

If Ishe Smith fights Lemieux, it will be because he is scared of taking on the LA Bad Boy with his 750, who called out the cowardly Ishe Smith.

I do not know who the LA Bady Boy 750 is, but if Ishe takes this fight against David, it practically means he's not scared of anyone...

nah, Ishe doesn't get "gangraped." don't buy into it, David won't KO every opponent he faces in the first two rounds, especially against someone as sturdy as Ishe. David will probably win a decision here, believe that
