David Lemieux vs. Cristian Fabian Rios 10 Rounds @ Middleweight

 

David looking a little doughy around the midsection.

 

Round 1

David to be expected comes out aggressive, David stalking Rios around the ring, Rios has been on the move since the opening bell, sliding along the ropes clearly afraid of David's power, David traps Rios along the ropes lands a combination mostly caught on Rios' arms, body shots are getting through though, David gets him in the corner again and unloads Rios covers up, multiple hooks o the body get through Rios pivots out lands a quick one two, gets him on the ropes again dig hard hooks to the belly, and lands a magnificent left hook right on the side of Rios' chin, he takes it remarkably well, into the corner again another one two from Rios Lemieux pounding away, David lands a combo Rios hits him on the belt line, David backs him up lands a blistering combo in the corner Rios fights back lands a few straight lefts and a right hook or two backing David up, David following Rios defensive.

Round 2

Rios trying top be a little more aggressive to begin the second, he's pawing with his jab lands a hard looping left on David's chin, he follows it up with a few right hooks, David is blocking some with his arms, Rios' southpaw stance is giving David a few problems he's having difficulty landing clean at times, straight right lands from Lemieux backs him into the corner and another, David corners him pounds away at his arms, Rios lands a weak straight left David backs away, Rios pawing again David giving him plenty of head movement lands a few straight rights, one rocking Rios' head right back, the crowd ooos, David on the attack again landing bombs on a trapped Rios, Rios lands a slapping one two to the body and a hard straiht left that wobbles Lemieux back on his heels, he seemed slightly hurt. But not nearly enough to steal the round.

Round 3

David comes out like a marauding bull once again, he lands a few hooks, and eats another straight left, Rios pawing with his jab Lemieux lands a hard one two, straight right one Rios backs him against the ropes, David pins him an goes to work landing a flurry, Rios slides off David backs him onto the other rope and lands a few hooks there, Rios lands hard straight left right hook combo that rocks David's head straight back, David on the attack again, Rios on the ropes again, Rios in retreat jogging at times, David traps him in the corner and unloads, Rios fires back with a combination, David corners him Rios swings wildly and misses.

Round 4

Lemieux on the attack like a rampaging bulldog, Rios in retreat, he cornered David pounds him to the body, Rios lands a looping right hook partially blocked but gets through with a straight left on the button, David lands straight right to the gut and a hard left hook to the cheek, Rios' chin is amazing, they should put him in with GGG, one two to the midsection from Lemieux, he;s landing hard straight right lefy hook combo repeatedly to the midsection and ribs, hard straight right rocks Rios' head back, but he fires right back with a left of his own backing David off, Rios whips in a looping hook to David's stomach, David drives a right up the middle, David pins him again and unloads a fast combo, Rios clubbing David on top of the head, nothing all that effective.

Round 5

David comes out like a vicious warthog, lands hard overhand left Rios wobbled slightly, he backs Rios to the ropes lands 6 shots unanswered, Rios sliding along the ropes David working his body, David pounding the **** out of Rios forearms, stomach and ribs, Rios might be the toughest guy at MW, Rios fires back backing David up momentarily, David back on the attack, Rios wings a looping left hook, David catches in on his glove, Rios retreating David stalking David beating the hell out of his ribs, Rios takes it back to the middle of the ring lands a straight left, Rios pushes Lemieux to the ropes and let him off, lands two weak straight lefts.

Round 6

David comes out like a stark-raving honey badger, gets Rios on the ropes and whacks the **** out of him. David lands lunging lead right, Rios staggers into the ropes, Rios pinned in the corner Lemieux ripping him with hooks to the ribs and back with a few uppercuts getting through, another lunging right, Rios slaps him with a weak right hook, Rios gets through with a hard left, David pins him on the ropes and beats his ribs like a drum, (Red Lobster commercial mmm) Rios tries to stand his ground eats a hard hook right on the chin, David backs him un the corner again pounds away, he slides along the ropes, David lands upjab right, Rios' head flies back, somehow he's still standing, more rib shots, Rios will be crapping blood tomorrow, into the corner again.

Round 7

David for once comes out cautious, he corners Rios eats a huge counter left hook, he takes it fine, David following Rios retreating, corners Rios hooking away at his ribs, (myhydrate.com commercial) Rios jogs and throws straight left it misses, Rios ducks and jogs off again David traps him and bashes him a few times on the head, this mother****er is literally jogging. David catches him whacks him again, he ets away, jogs off again, corners him bashes him some more, huge straight right from David, Rios has a titanium chin.
