David Lemieux vs Hugo Centeno jr possible for Dec 16

Decent enough fight I suppose.... Want to see Lemieux in with another top 10-15 opponent though.

Wait, the 16th? I thought GBP had said that no matter what Lemieux would end up on the Cotto farewell card on December 2nd, whether in the main event or a separate bout on the undercard.

 

Centeno is coming off a good ko victory over Immanuel Aleem.

good fight, id rather see canelo vs lemieux but i think centeno lemieux is also a good style match up. 50-50

 

i feel centeno is a more dangerous fight aswell. Lemieux matches up better with canelo. He throws a high volume of punches and canelo wont be able to match his output. Plus i dont think canelo could hurt lemieux on his best day. Canelos team wants nothing to do with lemieux. Unless lemieux can be bought like ggg.

 

I am a fan of both Lemmy and Centeno tbh

Centeno got run over by the Pole but Sulecki is very good, will make waves I reckon.
Kind of think Lemme might just be too strong for him but "The Boss" has that bail out power too.
I will be a little surprised if Centeno wins but not hugely.

Still think Lemieux should have fought Saunders, Saunders needs a fight I feel a little sorry for him tbh.
He undeservedly gets a bad wrap and has huge bad luck with fights falling through.

I don't feel sorry for uncle Frank though, he's a parasite and past his expiry date. Saunders need to ditch him asap.

ggg showed what u gotta do to beat lemmy. a very strong jab will do the trick . i actually think centeno can take him

 

Sulecki impressed the heck out of me in that fight. Since then, he's dropped to 154. We'll see if he handles Culcay better or worse than Andrade did. He looks world level even though he's still under the radar.
