Well, Angulo isn't THAT young. He's 28, has been a pro for almost 6 years and he had a good amateur career.

Lemieux is 22, pro for almost 4 years and didn't have an international amateur career.

2011 will be a busy year for David, starting with Marco Antonio Rubio in April.

Early stoppages seem common in the UK... Khan, Calzaghe, etc.

Anyways, he is a natural SMW and Lemieux is not a big MW. He will stay there as long as he can. A fight between those two isn't plausible before 3-4 years IMO.

That's great to hear. I expect he will tear through a lot of the "usual suspects" next year to get him ready for the top level. Hopefully some solid journeymen and fringe contenders will be on the menu for 2011.

You don't find a lot of circumstances in this sport where you go

    DAAAAAAAAYYYYYUUUUUUMMMMM

This is one of those times 0_o I was ready to spot weaknesses here but this kid has a good defence, VERY good power, an amazing inside game and hand speed to boot.

He is certainly not one of those Undefeated fighters like Rios and Fury that are just waiting to be exposed.

The only thing that worries me is his record. Up until the last two fights he has been fighting nobodies.

Well, his first ''test'' came at his 17th bout, against Bladimir Hernandez, if I remember well. Not huge names but ever since that moment he's stepping up in competition at every fight and he keeps on knocking his opponents as though it was a walk in the park.

I like this kid a lot, but I do not like all the talk of his handlers rushing him into a title fight. He's only 22 years old. There are exceptions to the rule, but man vs boy fights usually do not turn out well for the youngster.

I think they're betting on the fact that Martinez won't fight his mando Zbik and then Lemieux will easily become champion.

BTW, I like the possible matchups you gave for 2011!:good
