David Lemieux

Just saw some of this guys earlier fights. Seems like a proper beast with speed and power. Good head movement and skills as well. Tripling up on the left hand is impressive. The thing i like most about this guy is the compact nature of his boxing in particular his punching. Really short snappy hooks with plenty of torque. I will say right now that he will ko many top fighters along the way but looks slightly susceptible to a fast boxer type at the moment.

This is a really beautiful shot. No effort just pure technique and timing.

Yes. Yes he is....but Dam that would be one hell of a fight while it lasted!

 

I've tried that pivot move to the right then left-hook while practicing but I could never land it during sparring. It's nice to see that move in action.

 

Before the fight, in a variety tv show, Lemieux said that his mother is armenian, the same nationality as Abraham. Maybe in this area, it seems to have a good genetical foundation for punchers...

 

Vic darchinyan is armenian as well.
