The info is out there, but I can't post a link. Any of those guys is bad idea. A good way to ruin a promising prospect.

They should be looking at guys like Lujaun Simon, Miguel Espino, David Lopez, or maybe even McKart if he wins again tonight.

I meant if McKart wins tonight. He's old, but he's still tougher and smarter than anyone David has fought so far.

David has 24 fights, and that makes it look like it's time to step-up, but the kid has a grand total of 53 professional rounds under his belt. If it were up to me, we'd see him fight a few guys who can force him to put in rounds, and think on his feet. A few guys in the McKart, Lopez, Zuniga mold would do him good.

Please, don't let some idiot boxing manager ruin this guy's career. He needs to be patient, work his way up the division, and earn a shot at the champion.

Bute - Lemieux's people wont do that to their guy.
Pavlik - only if Pavlik wins his next fight. Think Pavlik has the right style. IE not a mover.
Dont see Williams people putting him in agaisnt Lemieux
Martinez probably would. Dont think he cares about who he fights and also might have the style to win.

Agreed. He does have a punch, but still remains to be seen how he will react against someone that hits back. He's not the fastest guy either how will he do against a speedy fighter? Hopefully it's just a ploy to get the public's attention. Only a magoo would do something so foolish to put Lemieux in with the lions. He's not ready yet.

Sylvester would be ideal or maybe Sturm.

Like I said earlier, I want to see him fight someone who can take him into deep water. We do not know how David will respond when he hits a guy with a good shot, and the guy keeps coming. We also do not know how he will respond if an opponent out boxes him for 3 or 4 rounds in a row. Those are things I'd want to see before I put him in with a top guy.

....yup most likely and Bute would get no credit for it too...dismantling a young middleweight.

They shouldn't rush this kid...Camacho Jr. wasn't exactly the acid test.
