He has a heart the size of a pea, and the ring smarts of a ****ed sloth.

Clearly was soiling himself from the first bell. Why did he accept a fight he had no stomach for? What did he think would happen?

What are his trainers telling him? What the eff does he do in the gym?

All the right physical attributes, none of the mentality to go with it.

    A bum.

Wow; a fighter who still is one of the 50 best Heavyweights in the world, and you make comments like that. As amazing as the Internet is, at times I wished the anonymity that comes with sites like this did not exist.

Just remember that Curtis Woodhouse resolved an issue with a similar type of poster...

    here here.

Some proper idiotic comments on this thread regarding David Price.

Yeah perhaps his confidence is shot to pieces since the Thompson fights, but f**k me some of the vitriol being spouted about him here is utterly shameful.

Im not saying Price can recover from this set back, far from it. But it wasnt long ago that the current king of the Heavyweight division was being lauded as heartless fighter with no chin.

Being heartless and chinny hasnt done much harm to Wlad though has it.

Price gave it a go after 2 years of facing over matched opponents. he just isn't good enough at world level, not everyone can be. Had a decent career.

the amount of coverage each of those events have received is colossal. Scousers should stop banging on about them though. Boris Johnson said the same thing. He was right.

this is true...maybe a bum is slightly strong ?

he was like a rabbit in the headlights from start and i thought was rocked in first few seconds and lost his bottle there and then

clearly a big powerful man but not cut out for heavyweight boxing if he keeps getting sparked out by much smaller guys

I'm just, dissapointed for the lad. Has all the tools on paper but the truth is only a very few are world level and David just isn't one of them.
I wish he'd use his jab properly, like when he started. He was knocking people over with it, more lately it's become an Audley-esque pawing type nothingness which allows opponents to get close to him.

It got coverage because damn near everyone knew what happened before the government (and in fairness a Tory one) admitted it was one of the most disgraceful cover ups in this country's history, that's why people kept going on about it

and you bringing up a complete pillock like Johnson to back your point up sums you up really

I followed the Hillsborough story closely for 25 years and I'm still not convinced Colonel Gaddafi had anything to do with it.

Have a day off. If you don't think there were loads of people jibbing in then you need your head examined.

What's more amazing is that for a fan base that can't stop talking about what a tragedy it was (and is was a tragedy regardless of who is at fault) is that it hasn't stopped ticketless Liverpool fans from bunking in in future. I was at the champions league match against ****nal that couldn't start on time because too many scousers had piled in without tickets.

Any right minded individual knows there were too many people in that ground who didn't have tickets. Just because the sun wrote a load of BS about it and the police tried to cover up their mistakes doesn't change that but as usual you'll play the victim completely without fault.
