David Price has never faced opponent that hits as hard as Povetkin...

Wilder wasn't so scared of Headvetkin that he had to take PEDs just to compete. I know it hurts but Headvetkin was never elite. Big ****en frying pan brain.

Didn't take anything prior to that fight, your boi made stuff up so he could get out of going to Russia and ran like a little scared school girl soon as the word "anonymity" was mentioned.

The WBC was still taking it all in when your boi starts tweeting **** from Alambumba saying he is never going to fight a drug cheat..

This surprised the WBC (given they though he should have been heading to Russia by now) so much that they suspended the fight..

What they should have done was told that scared little girl to get on the next flight to Russia to fight or drop off the belt...

Either way that belt was staying in Russia..

I'm not looking down on him.

I think he's a nice guy and a decent boxer. But this is just a ridiculous match up. He's only fought a 6 rounder since being stopped by Hammer. He was already contemplating retirement after that loss.

He should have been brought back slowly for one last push.

This incompetent decision will be like throwing him to the wolves.

He's been pitched up against Povetkin on a huge stage, after 2 failed attempts at the European title. He's not a world class HW. Not only that, he's mentally scarred from his previous losses.

    It's just a complete disaster.

An absolutely pointless fight where nothing good can come of it.

I am not in any way criticising David. I'm criticising his handlers who have made a ridiculous decision.

Price should open like a 1/100 underdog ...but I'll have a cheeky little punt. Maybe a fiver.

Povetkin at least has the balls to get in the ring with Wlad.

Remind me now of Wilders own fight against Wlad?

Now that’s elite. Not just keeping your donut warm, but actually facing the best.

Headvekin got the brakes beat off on his ass by Wlad which is why he was on drugs when he trained for Wilder. Scared shook big headed ass. #*****

Wilder showed the blueprint how to get a big payday on Povetkin's expense without doing anything, maybe Price is counting on that.

Dave is the bookies' underdog here for probably the first time in his career. How mental is that?

I'm expecting one of Povetkins' highlight reel KO's here. Should get it unless he falls off a cliff.

Was getting a little excited so I started to watch a few recent Price fights..

Watching him bent over in the corner puffing against Hammer never gets old. His chin actually held up in that fight but he was too rooted to do anything other than bend over.. Never seen a professional fighter just lose their bundle like that not matted how tired they were.. Couldn't even keep that pin head up (imagine if it was normal size!!).

Given Povetkin hits "slightly" harder than Hammer, I'd expect Price won't be flailing around the ring bent over letting Povetkin tee off on him.. It will just take once punch to give Price the rest he is desperately needs at that stage (3 round?)

Really this is going to be a huge mismatch and Price will more than likely become another highlight reel ko participant..

If this turns out to be an upset then it will belong at the #1 position of the "cherrypicks gone wrong" list.
