No coming back from that. He's terrible! I have to be honest I thought he had better skills than that. Also the stamina is so so so poor. He's 30 years old now. He had too many flaws. He can go back to domestic level but what's the point? He's done man. I'm abit gutted for him but man he looked so bad in there tonight

He should go back to the Amateurs and aim for gold

That was a awful performance, that loss was all his own making.. scared to finish the fight when he had the chance because he knows his own chin is made of glass... Really poor

    I agree.

He's got a lot of power but that just isn't enough. His stamina is awful. His chin questionable. He's got no boxing smarts and most of all, he has no self-belief. It's a shame because I like Price, he's a nice guy but sadly he isn't going to bounce back from this. His confidence will be shattered.

Guess we're looking for Tyson Fury as the next British heavyweight boxing hope. Sure he's got his flaws but he does have confidence, lots of heart and the ability to change his gameplan if things aren't working (Like against Cunningham where boxing like a twat went tits up, instead he just started using his height to outpower Cunningham).

Never thought David was gonna be a world champion, but in todays heavyweight division,he must still be around the top 20 or 30.So why should he go back to plumbing or whatever?I think the blokes got a family. Our media have bulled him up almost since he left the amateurs as a worldbeater, and he isn't.This isn't the first time, either.Years ago I read in Boxing News that Errol Christie would knock Tommy Hearns out if they fought.Honest!!He can still have a good career.Henry Cooper never won a world title either.

I think the difference between this loss and the last one is the last one was being caught with a shot but this was just him giving up on the fight and basically quitting, he showed a lack of so so many things, Heart, Stamina, chin, belief i mean whatever you say of Fury he does not lack heart or self belief and lets be fair no way he would just give in the way price did tonight agree he is finished cant really go back to domestic level when once you were seen as a potential world champion, hate to say it but price reminds me of Fraudley tonight being built as the next big thing and not even a top 15 fighter

Shocking performance, he has regressed. A lot of similarities with Audley Harrison- he has the tools, has power(more than Audley) but he has not got the confidence/ real belief to utilise these skills.
He has shown a nice jab in the past, but had absolutely no desire to try and use it tonight. When he fought McDermott the warning signs were there that he wasn't able to establish his jab and keep a man at bay. Today is was non existent.

Price should only have 4 or 5 punches in his arsenal: jab, cross, left hook and right upper- very little eles should be needed for a man of his stature to dominate anyone in that division.

His lack of confidence leads to his lack of heart- he doesn't believe in himself and gives up when the going gets tough. Fury is going nowhere either, anyone who thinks otherwise is deluded. His boxing skills are rotten and he is wide open for a straight right.

Lets hope Joshua turns out decent! I think we need a new "Good Guy" to balance Tyson's pantomime "Baddie" role

Give him 1 warm up then throw him in with Wilder. That's a 50-50 fight. Who lands first wins lol

i think we could still see Price and Chisroa for the British title if Chisroa losses his next fight. to good a pay day for both to walk away from.

I suspect that Chisora/Price probably has already been signed win, lose or draw.

IF he fights Malik Scott,I think he will lose. But Ive got a feeling that fight won't happen, which will leave it clear for them to fight, probably late this year or early 2013.
