Bunce never fails to hit the nail on the head for all of the wrong reasons.

 

If Price had a chin, stamina, defense, footwork, upper body movement, versatility, determination, and a boxing brain he would be a great fighter.

 

Wilder is the wbc champion, his opponents have been less than stellar but if you don't think his at least a top 10 HW your deluding yourself.

 

Nah, his eyes would still be too close together, limiting his depth perception.

Though somehow I get the feeling he would fail badly if he would try a career in standup comedy. Not sure why though.

Remember when Lennox Lewis thought Price just needed a special bed to sleep on in the locker room and that would fix everything? LOL.

 

Well considering he has fought exactly one top 10 opponent how would we know? Why keep fighting handpicked opponents at this point?

 

Seriously, some of the comments i'm reading here are depressing. I feel sorry for the big man, he looked to give it his best shot last night and went out on his shield, he gets my respect.

 

I feel for Price. He has had a tough time recently and I think it is unfair for people to poke fun.

Sometimes I dont think some fighters get over a loss and do things differently from that point on. Price has looked nervous and fights as if worried about what is going to come back and I wonder if that is burning nervous energy? I have thought previously that When an opponent steps forward he jumps back quickly and looks concerned. I often felt Wladimir did this and still think he seems to, and thought the same with Bute before he lost to Froch. Not so much now with Bute.

I think with Prices size and power that if he went for it that he would often win early but I dont think he would be looking to do this and if some fighters get through that he may be in trouble.

I have said all of that, but my opinion counts for nothing and although not a big fan wish Price and his team all of the best over what I can only guess must be a tough time
