Price has the chin of a 10 year old. Shockin he needs to call it a day but what else can he do now except become a journeyman and make a wage. I was 1 of the folks that was sayin that he would murder that muppet Fury and I'm a manc 2. Oh how times have changed. Fury still a mupet tho.

It's hardly just his chin that's a problem. More his ****ty pawing jab and ring IQ.

He was never anything more than big punch.

I have to admit I fell for it too.
Kind of a Wlad light, wich seemed to be enough for the post Klitschko era.
He didn't develop though, and the stories about his chin turned out to be a little bit undercut even.

Very true. He looks fine when he just has a punch bag in front of him as he has a decent selection of shots and clear power but boxing is far more than just being able to throw punches.

His jab is a nothing punch, paws with it and even when he does throw it properly it's just an arm punch, very easy to just walk through as we saw last night.

His movement as well is a real issue. He's too static, no lateral movement just backs up in straight lines. Even an overweight Fury is far move agile than Price.

His defence is non existent other than his height. He has a porous philly shell guard and he has no head movement which is a real issue when you have no jab and no movement to create space.

He was ineffective when clinching. He hasn't figured out how to control his opponent on the inside like Wlad and Lennox or even Fury who while not textbook is dirty to make up for it. He hasn't figured out how to tie an arm up or that controlling an opponents head will allow him to control his opponent.

It's clear Price has found his level. He's really made very little improvements since his loss to Thompson. Yes he has size and power but that's all he's got.

In hindsight this thread is comedy gold, Price never was and never will be.
