David Price progress

Well, I'm still gonna have to disagree with you. I've really enjoyed watching the televised Hayemaker shows.:good

 

I think 'unimpressive' was the wrong word, Hayemaker are a welcome addition to the boxing scene but they are the same as the rest.

 

Put Price in with Tyson Fury. We'll see which one is hype and which one is learning the game.
Price will KO him inside 4 rounds.

 

George Groves has asked Hayemaker to let him box on small hall shows to keep learning and keep fighting and they've gave him ok so i suspect it will be the same with Price.
Hayemaker are all smart guys in that camp and i feel once they knew Setanta was folding they been in talks or contacted Channels before it folded to televise there fights....well i hope so..lol

 

There's a good article on the scene...with an interview from one of Hayes stable mates John Watson. He thinks that some boxer's will have a 6month downtime

 

mate a agree , david is a diffrent level from fury and chizora , one day he will be heavy weight world champ , mark my words

 

Jesus Derry, You scousers dont half big each other up on here. We have You and Bomber telling the world how good Price is. We have you and bomber telling the world how good you are , where's the 'Bomber appreciation thread' ?

I'd start one mate as I think he's superb and have seen him training and fighting a lot and I really rate him its just as a manc i'd feel devastated in helping the 'bin-dippers' out ha ha

 

I like both fury and price, but always thought price possesed more natural abilities then fury.....but fury will probably go further, just because of teh promotional steam he has picked up...

 

I stand corrected. Do you not think it helped oil the wheels though Tony. I mean we keep being told that nobody will go near Fury for sparring and maybe the same was/is true of Haye and that if Price is signed to Hayemaker he can hardly refuse to spar Haye? Or maybe i've just sent myself down a speculative cul-de-sac of woe!!

Price is great technically...just to chinny. He didnt have a great chin in the ameaturs a great heart mind you.

 

Did he ****in retire or something, he hasent fought ina while and he's only had one fight. Thats not good for prospects. Plus I would also like to add I think he's ****

Price is decent its just his chin and his heart I find questionable. I mean the guy has tons of experience in the ameatur ranks and he's spitting out his gum shield in his first professional contest! If im not mistaken they use the same gum shield for pro and ameaturs! As soon as the pressure was on thats when price started with all that crap
