Tony Thompson was on meds for high blood pressure and is not a peds cheat, one look at the man and his style it's clear he's not jacked. I'm afraid Pricey lost fair and square there.

I'd avoid him as he all wrong for him. Price needs a few outings in 2015 before he can think about a big fight.

It wasn't so long ago -- after Teper blew him out -- that people were imploring Price to retire.

Given the revelation that both the guys who beat him were drugs cheats, he may feel the need to carry on.

With that said, would someone like Nagy Aguilera or Johann Duhaupas be good fights for Price to ease his way back into action?

Price will be rogered in front of a baying mob of drunken casuals by that big juiced up mandingo, and who really wants to sit through that.

Price possess a grenade of a right hand, but I think he's mentally done in.

Sticking him with AJ would be a sore sight, but Price always carries a punchers chance.

....and he did put AJ on the deck in sparring a few years back.

David Price has all the attributes to be a world champ, he needs to go back to basics and he can go to the top

All the attributes apart from a decent chin and mental toughness seems to be an issue too. I like Price and he's got power but the way he deployed his jab against Teper - tentatively pawing with it instead of snapping Teper's head back - suggests he lacks the confidence needed at the top level. And no amount of training can make a human being believe in himself. Price lacks self-belief. Is he going to find that aged 32? I doubt it, somehow.

If he's smart he'll take the easiest path he can to a fight with AJ. Why? Because that's the only big money fight he'll get at this fight. 4-5 bums in a 2-3 month span and then someone like Hammer. If he wins the latter fight then he secures one more final payday.

Billy I'd love to see Price prove everyone wrong, but I don't see him cutting it at world level at all.

No shame in that and he's already achieved a shed load in the sport (Olympic medalist, British & Commonwealth title holder, headlined arena shows etc) - but since Thompson and especially after the Teper fight, I don't see him beating any of the top boys.

For a man of his size and the power he carries, as has already been said he was pawing with the jab, hesitant... it's almost as if he's hesitant to unload because in the back of his mind he thinks he'll run out of puff.

As I said already though, it is HW boxing.. it only takes one punch - and Big Pricey can bang !
