David Price V Mike Perez Khan Undercard

So....no Perez anouncement, no Khan - Garcia undercard. A bit of a fail thread so far.

I don't actually understand why a promoter would drag two blokes over the Atlantic where neither are known to fight on a card that virtually no one will watch (is it being televised???). If he was going to fight Perez surely it would make much more sense to hold the event in Ireland or Liverpool....it would be a decent draw and generate a bit of excitement for the fans, you know, the people who pay the bills. If Price is determined to fight in the US next time out then at least get on a card that will be on air and against someone who is recognised and a bit of a name....Michael Grant??

ESPN is a great stage for Price. He'll get plenty of exposure, especially if he delivers a good knockout. ESPN show usually them on their equivalent to Sky Sports News, which would be great exposure

 

Yeah, it'll be on ESPN which will mean we'll get Teddy Atlas' take on Price

However I don't think the opponents going to be Perez.
