[yt]kHlSGz_5iuI[/yt] [yt]CnKfcqZdeI4[/yt] It's on! (Didn't see any threads about it on here so figured I'd get the ball rolling.) :thumbsup
Good test for Price but he will have to move up to European level after this as there is not much else to fight. He needs to put audley away convincingly
What's the gameplan this time Audley? 0.000001 punches per round? back pedal and then get the fright of your life when Price flashes a jab past you? That's of course the first part of the plan. The second part is getting knocked out. Post fight, you will tell the world it was all part of the game plan, including the knock out, and that you will vow to come again, stronger, more determined than ever, because it is your destiny to be a two time world heavyweight title holder adding another strap to the wbf belt he has held. Gotta love the guy though, he's like a jack in the box. Gets stretched out and jumps right back up again looking for more punishment.
David Price is like the new verison of Vitali Klitschko. He is really good He just needs to be cautious because Auldley has tremendous punching power that could Ko any Hw
Price is 29 now. Not sure whether stepping up to big Auldley will teach him much. We want more !!!!!! European champion contender next year: this kind of conservative career planning makes sense, but is frustrating to follow
With Audley I've come full circle at least twice I liked him, then thought he was a twat, then like the fella, then thought he was a twat, then liked him again. He never worked out that in the final analysis boxing is a fight, (whether it's an 'educated' fight doesn't matter, it's still a fight), in which you have extend yourself sometimes and take a chance. Too many underwhelming fights where the post-fight talk seemed mental to me... to many intense statements about how "this variable" almost clicked with "that variable" and how he has "all the tools" and so on. After a bit I felt like "shut the **** up and just fight - you are a 6'6 big black fella, now hit the other guy". Then he went through his mental "I have a dream" phase that was great except for the stridency of the message meant that it didn't come across as all that humble - a bad combination when you pay money and he turns up and doesn't throw a punch like a twat. More recently though, I dig his vibe All this talk of "you know what, sometimes I've been a twat but I keep on trying and come what may I'm going to show up and box and win, lose or draw, may the best man win"... all that stuff... makes me want to stand on a table and applaud while crying. What a man. What a lengend. Audley WAR Harrison.
Underestimate Audley at his peril,Price does. Overrated is Price. A surprise will be seen October 13th.
How many more chances with Audley get? Still, I'll be watching, Price is our future, so long as he passes his final test which will be the answer regarding the quality of his chin. if he passes that he's a future top ten HW.
