Instead of fighting strong opponents like Takam and Povetkin, Price should take on someone easier, perhaps a former Wilder world title challenger like Szpilka or Washington.

Price has been stopped twice this year himself. Once brutally. He always has a punchers chance but definitely not a pick em fight.....

True, everyone knew he was going to get KO'ed vs Povetkin but Brits love an underdog and Price seems a nice, down to earth guy and so Brits will likely keep rooting for him and so Hearn will likely keep sticking him on undercards. Much like Dave Allen he's a plucky loser and people will keep paying to see them fight.

Takam too seems to be doing very well lately in regards to getting fights on big cards, first the Joshua fight, then Chisora, now Price, for a guy his age and with some losses he's still a fighter seeming to get fights that will pay him a decent purse.

Maybe like 1 pound from your hard earned 20 quid will end up lining Price's pockets.

    That's the price of a McFlurry...You wouldn't even buy Price a McFlurry?

    You cold hearted *******.

On Takams last outing my guess is he'll starch Pricey...

I wouldn't give Price the sloppy, warm, gobbed on left over bits in the pot after I've eaten the McFlurry.

Price shouldn't be anywhere near a PPV card after his last embarrassment. Actually after his long list of embarrassments.

Come on at least he's trying and taking these dangerous fights. I'd rather see him dream big and overreach and get KO'ed again than just fighting a bunch of cherry picked stiffs in the hope he can get a decent payday further down the line.

Mr B, I'm not criticising his choice of opponents/fights. What I have a problem with is the fact he is on another PPV event.

In his last 7 fights Price has lost 4, been stopped 4 times and in another went the distance with Somolowski (4-11-2).

He quit on his stool in his last fight and yet he is apparently on a PPV card, so why am I expected to pay for Price AGAIN.

If Hearn wants to throw him on a Saturday fight night card then fine, I'm not expected to pay him (well my subscription fee) but I haven't got to pay extra for the misfortune to watch Price.

He has had chance after chance and he keeps failing, keeps making the same old excuses, personally I'm sick and tired of him and he hasn't done anything in years to deserve this kind of favourable treatment.

I get what your saying, but it's not like he's the main event. He does seem to be getting a lot of chances, i'll need to see what the rest of the undercard is like before I consider buying this PPV.

The Whyte/Parker card had some good undercard fights with Chisora/Takam, Benn/Peynaud, Allen/Webb being entertaining.

Could be worse you could be paying $65 USD to watch Arreola/Smith and Ortiz/Kaufmann on the Wilder/Fury undercard.

Why not Helenius vs Takam? A guy coming off a big win instead of the chinny plumber

Its not funny or entertaining anymore. I fear for Price's health. Eddie already used him once for a KO loss against Povetkin. That was more than enough. He shouldn't be doing it again.

I don't think Price has the stamina to handle a McFlurry.

why don't they just put pricey in the domestic circuit fighting for the british belt?

williams, sprott, fraudley and skelton, rogan (irish fella, name might be wrong) made a fair penny fighting each other. there's decent payouts for the heavyweight domestic fights if the names are famous.

Boxing is turning into WWE its as simple as that..

WWE make more money and boxing want some of that gravy..

May v McGregor was popular not because of the pure boxing everyone was going to witness but because everyone likes a circus and guys like Price and Allen are good supporting circus acts...
