David Price vs. Mariusz Wach

Me thinks that Price hits harder than Klitschko.

Me also thinks that Price has a good shot at taking Wach out of their early if he lands the correct punch.

Price being able to land anything of significance is only compounded by the fact that Wach doesn't have much skill or depth to him. He just has a really sturdy chin. But then again, we don't know how much the Wlad fight, or his long tenure of inactivity has effected him.

 

Price wasn't able to take out Thompson even though he threw the kitchen sink at him in fight #2. Wlad stopped the same Thompson easily. What makes you think Price can stop Wach early? :deal

 

Price is fighting Yaroslav Zavorotnyi on June 6 in Germany.

 

If they pick Wach, they are stupid as hell! Wach has an iron chin, is 6 feet 8 inches tall, 250lbs., Wach has some power also. I give Price no chance Vs. Wach...............Wach by knockout!!!

Funny thing. After Price's "revival" took shape I figured which would be the best and worst choice of opponent he could make at the time. For best I came out with Mitchell, and worst.... Well, you get the picture :!:

 

Wach by stoppage. Wach would have problems against elusive small opponents, he could get outpointed, but against Price he could just unload his right straight. And it's a powerful one.

 

Wach is truely an awful fighter, who happens to have a hard chin and good stamina.

Price is a decent fighter who happens to gas and gets KO'd.

That's right and if Price beats him (which he should) he's back in Liverpool in September or October time.

 

Risky fight for Price but Wach has had a long lay off and will have plenty rust. Personally I think Wach should take an easier comeback.

 

I checked this guy Zavorotnyi's record and he's only lost to good guys like Nikolay Valuev, Gbenga Olukon, Richel Hersisia, Rene Detteweiler, Alex Dimitrenko and Kubrat Pulev.

 

Price knocks that talent- less bum clean out. Price will go for the kill.

The only reason he went the distance with Wlad is bacause Wlad is unable to commit to more than his usual 1-2 grab routine. He grabed him instead of putting a string of punches together which would of forced the ref to step in.

Pulev would of stopped Wach along with everybody else high in the rankings. Wach was one of the worst HWs i ever watched. He has no skills.

 

Wach easily. He's not that bad many people think and he's somehow underrated. He was slower that Wlad, but I think he can deliver a shot at Price. For sure, he will get far less number of punches.
