David Price vs Sean Turner set for october 6th

Domestic tear up i like it. These fights often trump these so called super fights. After the last smashing Price took i didnt wana see him get thrown in with another monster, this sounds about right.

 

Is that Turner guy any good or is he brought in as another attempt to get Price back in the mix?

 

Decent fight. Big Pricey v Big Sexy. Hopefully Price wins, my soul can't take too many "oh dear" moments anymore.

 

Hes ok, a bit short. But he will bring it or try to. I think hes getting knocked out though.

 

Remember him now. Looked at his br record and then I remembered him (his last 2 losing efforts).

 

pretty tough and a decent hook. could easily bring price into the deep waters of the 3rd round.

If the Turner shows up who fought bravely vs Hrgovic he might have a chance. If the Turner shows up who looked HORRIBLE vs Gorman then Pricey should take him out comfortably.

 

Speaking of Hrgović, next up for him is Gary Cornish which seems a waste of both men's time.

Hrgović should be on to better (if not bigger) opponents by now, and I'd rather see Cornish hop into a domestic round-robin tourney with the likes of Allen, Price, and Turner.

 

Perhaps Hrgovic vs George Washington?

 

Sean Turner is exactly the right level for Price to prove whether he can step another level in the domestic scene.

This is great match making.

If Price comes through this, then it makes the Nathan Gorman or Daniel Dubois fight likely

 

How about price vs. Sexton II first? That would make it more of a reasonabltly stepped incline.

 

Interesting fight this. Could be a Homer Simpson type victory for Turner depending on Price's fitness and depending on how long the fight goes for.
