Was speaking to David Price the other day and he told me he is targeting a world title by his 20th bout. Had the plan since sparring Solis.

Just wondering whether you guys think that is waiting too long as prob won't be till the start of 2014.

Also said he would still fight Tyson Fury and had made an offer.

Just wanted your thoughts, full article is below.

I think it is a sensible target. He has never gone beyond the 7th round so his stamina at a decent level needs testing, assuming he stops knocking everyone out. From what I have seen of him, he hasn't been tested much in the pro game, so doubts persist about his chin and reaction to adversity. Plus he is probably hoping Vitali is gone by then and his belts are away from team K.

Said in the same interview that even if he fought Wladimir tomorrow, he thought he would land more clean shots than Klitschko's three previous opponents managed.

I want to see him against Helenius at some point.

Price looks the goods but want to see his chin and stamina tested before he goes into world class.

Big fan of Price, comes across as a sensible lad and he seems to improving at a serious pace. If you haven't seen it yet, here's an interview he did with the BBC on Monday where he says he wants to fight Chisora (but admits Haye has nothing to gain from fighting him):
