let's pace ourselves, i wish he will achieve this, he has the attributes and the commitment of climbing the ladder.

btw when will these Klits retire? I have a feeling they will remain until the record for champion defences gets beaten and maybe the oldest ever HW champ (hope not) ?

Who do people see winning out of Chisora and Price? Im yet to see Price in against any one that isn't a stationary target, I would go with Chisora at this point?

I'd be impressed if he'd sparked McDermott with that amount of punches. That was a TKO. Only time I've really seen him clatter someone was against Dallas. Who took the fight at short notice.

The future of the Heavyweight division ladies and gentleman!

I like Price, but I want to see him sparked just to stop the bull**** about his guaranteed ascendancy.

  8. I think Price would have his hands full with Delboy personally.

Price might hit harder shot for shot than Vitali does at present, but I think Price's apparent vulnerability would encourage someone like Del to get on his chest and throw hard shots rather than maintaining a workrate as such.

Certainly the stoppage of Dallas has been put into perspective by his shocker against an ancient Skelton, though we might be underestimating Skelton somewhat - aside from the two defeats against Pulev and Pianeta, he's got a decent record, the only bad defeat on his record is against Rogan.... but he was riding the crest of a wave at that point and would have taken some beating.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Skelton lined up next after the fight with Sexton, which to be honest doesn't really appeal to me. The big man was labouring with Larry, who ought to have been gone inside three rounds against any championship class fighter.

It's a shame the Fury fight didn't happen, would have said a lot about both guys, regardless of the outcome.

All decent heavys, but non will win a proper world title, better men have already tried and failed, Chisora's post fight capers etc, mean he's out of picturr for at least 2to3 yrs, the irish cuban needed to be in florida he,s to good for all the brit heavys, they wont even mention him. the other 2 might have a chance if you could combine them, ie, prices punch, furys awkward boxing ability.

wow. All chisora needed to do was spit and slap a champ and all of a sudden he's world level.

Fact is. Chisora lost at domestic and European level. He shouldn't have even got a world title fight.

Price would defeat Chisora 9 times out of 10.

Chisora would beat Price IMO. Provided Chisora came in at the sort of shape he was in for Vitali and not Fury. Price has a decent jab but doesn't actually use it enough and really likes to fight at range.

Chisora would close the gap pretty quickly with constant pressure and be very aggressive. He has the power to stop Price and I don't think Price is good at keeping fighters where he wants them if they have the heart and workrate to apply pressure. I've seen that in the ams and even in dominating wins like the Dallas fight, he was backed up and stopped from working in his preferred area by being lazy with the jab.

Chisora would be a huge test and if he did fight him and deal with the aggression and win in style then I would be far more sold on him. Right now I think he is being overrated and we know he is vulnerable.

Let's start off at the beginning...

David Price is a good prospect but he hasn't once been hit on the chin by a solid puncher. No matter how good he is skills/power wise that needs to be tested at heavyweight more than any other division. He's just one of many prospect right now, realistically. Too much pressure is not a good thing for him.

Helenius is not British nor especially good based on Chisora fight.

Tyson Fury is not a good fighter. He has little power, average skills, porus defence. He will be knocked out shortly, he's been scraping past poor fighters by world standards.

Groves is unlikely to ever 'mix it' with the worlds best with that chin. Can you ever see him trading blows with Kessler, Froch, Bute, Ward etc? He looks fragile, thats the best way to put it.

Khan will mix it but Peterson and Maidana certainly exploited some flaws under pressure.

Frampton is just a baby really.

We have some good talent, but not so much to be going overboard. Let's keep things in perspective.

Agree with Fury, although he has heart...

Groves is still young and has done incredibly well so far. By the time is truly at world level, Froch and Kessler will be done. He's certainly going to be a bona fide top ten SMW, regardless of how bad you think his chin is.
