He certainly looks in far better shape than he was in while an amatuer.

 

you have to bear in mind that it was his pro debut and first fight in seven months.His gas tank definately needs to improve though.When he opened up he looked class,smooth execution,great variety and decent power.The fight was an eye opener for Price.Despite being in their with a journeyman that was probably a harder 3 rounds than any of his amateur fights.

 

You can't get a better debut ko then that. That was unbelievable.

 

His opponent was easily as hard as Swaby who was Fury's 4th fight so give the guy some credit here. His punch variety looked very good and considering his reach he seems competent at infighting as well as working off that long jab. I think if you have good variety it's one of the best tools when looking to progress as you can adapt for each opponent. His chin didn't look as questionable as many on here would lead you to believe either. getting wobbled from a blind side right hand from a heavyweight with your hands by your side is fair do's in my book. How anyone could call Ingleby a super middle is beyond me. Ok he's not in awesome shape but he doesn't have 5 1/2 stone to lose. I don't get why so many are so keen to trash guys on here. Price isn't arrogant or making ludacrous claims about his potential so let's support him as a brit with a future and stop bitching. Good performance from Price and I hope he does well.
