so this guy looked pretty good to me, seemed solid. but my question is, if after these olympics Price went professional what level could you see him reaching e.g british champion, european champion world champion, or a nobody etc and also what weight could you seem him fighting at as he is fighting at just over 200 pounds at the minute, heavy or cruiser?

    thoughts?

i think he is to big to cut down to cruiser i can see his best being 220-230.

he has good work behind the jab and i think he could go euro level atm from what i have seen.

give him a few pro fights so he gets his chin really tested and i may change my mind.

Funny Bob was a Lovely Kid but not as good as His Dad, yet Bill got beat by a Russian the first session. I wonder how many Father and Sons were Olympians at Boxing.

Price is a very solid 238.. he is 6 ft 7 i hear and he would never have a prayer of ever making cruiserweight if he was to eat slimfast for a century..

I like the look of Price but it is always hard to tell if an amature will make a big impression as a pro. Price seems to be adding power to his ability so when he does turn pro he could make it to a decent level. He should definetly beat most of the current crop of heavy weight prospects like Chisora and the older end of the bunch like Williams should be long gone by the time he is ready for that level. Top end domestic class should be the least he can acheive.

Price will fight Cammarelle in the semifianl bout . Price lost from Cammarelle in points at Europian Championship in Plovdiv, Bullgaria at 2004. Cammarelle wins in the 2007 again (walkover). Its 2:0 for Cammarelle.

Can Price to win this time ?

Cammarelle is favorite but lets see what will happen at 22 August.....

I still favour Camarelle but Price has shown alot of improvement in every area and his power is getting to a good level too. I think in previous meetings Camarelle has not had to worry about Price but this time the threat is very serious. This should be a great fight.
