David Price's people declined a pro meeting with Magomed Abdusalamov?

    Anyone know anything about this? I meant to ask ages ago but I forgot. This is according to Sampson Lewkowicz himself.

    He was due to fight in the US not long ago but it was called off. Nothing to gain from beating someone as one-dimensional as he is and if there are still doubts about Price's chin then Maloney would want to stay well away.

    When you have a prospect with a glass jaw it makes sense to keep him away from a guy with 14 KO wins from 14 fights.

    I still think Price beats him though. Abdusalamov is far too slow and isn't really a prospect in my eyes. Will probably get exposed in his next fight against Maurice Byarm who ran Bryant Jennings close.

    trust me some of the stoppage for Abdusalamov are a joke, one was a against a blown up middleweight.

    I dunno that Price would beat him easily again tbh. I think Abusalamov has improved and I think his style is better suited to the pros anyway. I'd like to see the fight. It's interesting if Abdusalamov is chasing that fight.

    When is Price going to face a slick black fighter, he is obsessed with fighting out of shape white people.

    I just think he's a big kid, who learnt how to throw 2 punches.
