    if you think Trinidad didn't cheat.. please just look at his record AFTER he was caught..

    he won 50% of his fights .. with the 2 wins coming against Mayorga and Hacine Cherifi

    you can say it was legal in most states.. but not in NY and Nevada where he fought a lot!

    Reid's eye was ****ed before Trinidad even landed a hard punch. Reid was just incredibly unfortunate with his career in my opinion.

    lol @ trinidad cheating. so pathetic. reid was a good fighter but his eye problems led to a short career. trinidad beat him fair and square.

    imho could have been a great one, but his eye problems started early and were getting worse. That's why they put him in so tough so early, he didn't have a long career ahead of him no matter what.

    Because he went up and challenged himself against the best bigger guys outside his natural weight classes. That proves nothing :patsch

    And Reid always had problem with that droopy eye. He would likely not have lasted too long at the top. Especially if he had to fight the other top fighters that went through the division at the time, Winky, Vargas, De La Hoya, EPO Mosley.

    Trinidad was a cheater and alot of people look the other way. He had to land a hundred clean shots that were free to hurt mayorga. And the way he wrapped his hand was not legal in Vegas or new york. They were legal in most states because they never have boxing .
