At this time id say Lopez is too dangerous from Lemieux. If they wanna a test they should find a bigger name for Lemieux its no win fight for him.

Hey Boo i just asked you about Lopez a few days ago and you told me he retired:lol: Lopez deserves a title shot probably as much or more than anyone.

He was inactive for so long I thought he did retire. Think about this, if a good looking young American propspect put together the same string of wins David has put together, he'd being making good money, and we'd be talking title shot. Lopez just seems to get completely ignored.

Unfortunatly his record is too spotty and promoters will stay away from a guy like that. Its a shame because he could beat alot of these guys with undeafeated records who are being hyped. Id take him over Vanes matroysian,Chavez Jr,Yuri Foreman,Danny Jacobs.

I'd add guys like Manfredo and company to your list.

Yey but Manfredo already has a number of losses those other guys are either undeafeated prospects or prospects with only 1 loss. I think Lopez is a top 5 guy at either Middle or Junior middle.

Based on David's performances in his last several fights, the string of wins he has put together, and his physical attributes, I think you may be right. He might deserve a place in the top 5.

It's a crying damn shame that boxing works the way it usually works. Examine a few facts: A 6' 1" southpaw, a smooth boxer with more than a few tricks up his sleeve, and 12 losses. Nope! David ain't gettin' a big fight anytime soon.
