Why is everyone writing Wlad of after last nights fight? Wlad is 39 so he will slow down, but because of his training regime and the fact he has barely took any punishment in the last 11 years his skills will erode slowly over time like Hopkins.

The reason why Wlad looked gun shy last night was not because of some dramatic drop in his athletic abilities, but because for the first time since the Haye fight he was in the ring with a fighter who actually used their legs. This combined with Wlad's usual cautious style is the reason Wlad fought the way he did.

I am not really writing Wlad off. Why would you say that? Because I think that Haye knocks the current version of Wlad out? There is no shame in that imo.

It is obvious that Wlad isn't as fast as he used to be and his jab is almost non-existent. It has been quite apparent for some time now and last night's fight didn't really change anything in that regard.

Only those from the realm of Brit****ia pick Haye. Same exact outcome as the first fight, with a good chance of a Wlad KO.

How can Haye win when he is scared to engage and throw punches? :huh

His punch output against fighters bigger than him is abysmal.

Barely beat Valuev, pretty much shut out by Wlad... And yet the Brit****s pick him to beat Wlad, AGAIN. Haye "would" win this time :rofl

Haye is the big "would have" ATG. He would have killed Wlad, would have become unified champion, would have murdered Ali and would have decapitated Foreman.

    David "would have" Haye :rofl:rofl:rofl

Current Wlad is slow, doesn't rely on his jab as much as he used to, and no longer has Manny Steward in his corner. Yet, you think that he will KO Haye now, even though the best version of Wlad EVER failed to do so? :rofl Makes sense. :patsch

4 years later current Waldimir is still the best HW and Haye seems retired a KO is very realistic

Not as long as Wlad is around. When Wlad gets knocked out or retires watch Haye call in a press conference and announce he now feels his injuries have healed overnight.
