Will Tua once again be exposed for the limited fighter he truly is, or will he score a knockout over shop worn Barrett in a rematch and once again be touted to KO the Klitschko's?
Isaac Peach-Gunnar Jackson start things off. Tension is high and they go nose to nose on the face off...and here we go round 1 begins...
Both come out swinging, Peach snapping the jab and pressing forward. Big right right hand by Jackson, they tie up. Peach on the back foot jabbing, Jackson swings and they tie up. 1-2 lands by Peach, Jackson firing back with a right hand. They both trade right hands, Jackson pressing forward jabs. Good first round.
Peach pressing forward with his jab, Jackson wings and misses with a left hook, Peach counters with a right hand Jackson a bit buzzed and Peach comes in throwing. Jackson firing right back and now pushes Peach back, Peach pumps out the jab stopping Jackson's attack. Peach now pressing forward swing with a slapping right hand that misses, they clinch. Jackson tries a left hook, but misses. Peach throws a 4 punch combo, most blocked. Peach steps back, boom big right by Peach. Very good round by Isaac Peach.
Jackson coming out early with a nice double jab. Backs up Peach, Jackson with another double jab and they clinch. Now, Peach gets off straight right lands. Both don't have much power, Peach now moving forward, works inside, one two by Peach very wild, misses, Jackson steps back and misses. Peach backing up BIG RIGHT HAND BY PEACH! Peach pressing, Jackson was a bit hurt there. Peach swinging wildly missing, and Jackson ties up. 20 seconds left in the round. Peach lands another right pressing forward. End of the round.
Round 4 starts off, they stand in the middle and trade jabs, 10 seoncds in now Peach starts moving forward, misses with the right. Jackson backs out, nice left hand by Jackson. Peach walks into it. They hold, Peach backs up now jabs. Keeping Jackson at bay. Some feinting now, both fighters might be a bit winded. Peach comes in with a 1-2 and misses wildly. They get close left hook by Peach, Peach using angles and a nice right hand as Jackson was bent down, he didn't see it. Peach now backing up 1-2 keeping Jackson at bay and Jackson not throwing the jab. Right hand lands for Peach. Ref now stops the action...warns Jackson for a low blow it looks like. End of the round. Peach in control.
They start round 5 in the middle and start wrestling. Ref steps in, Peach taking half steps back. Pawing jabs, Jackson gets in a clinches. Peach backing up, nice 1-2 by Peach, Jackson walks into it. Jackson now throws the jab. That lands, now a 1-2 by Jackson that lands. Walking forwards Peach lands a right uppercut. Straight right by Peach, another uppercut. Peach feeling good. No answer from Jackson. He just falls in and holds.
6th and final round they hug and now bell rings. Jackson throws wildly, looking for a KO. Peach counters with a right. Peach jab, left hook misses. Left hook misses wildly again. Jackson stepping back. Jackson tries a 1-2, that falls short. Jackson pressing OH! RIGHT HAND LANDS BY JACKSON! That buzzed Peach. Peach holds, backing up. Jackson going for broke with the right hand. Peach going back to the jab. Left hook and a right hand lands by Peach. Jackson takes a step back. Peach landing a jab again. Jackson lands a right hand, Peach wings a right hand over his head. Jackson wildly misses with a left hook. And that's it. Nice fight. A bit sloppy, but fun. Looks as though Peach should get the decision.
Winner by Unanimous Decision...Isaac PEACH! The ring announcer yells. Um, so, I guess, no scores for the scorecards? :huh Eh, guess, not Peach getting interviewed now.
Monte Barrett's trainer interviewed now. "Expect a Hagler-Hearns fight....Barrett's very prepared....Barrett is expecting a different Tua.....Barrett came to win...." You get the gist.
Now, we get some entertainment. Three dudes are dancing. Now, they are doing some singing, and continuing dancing. Sounds like a love song "She gives meeee everything I waanntt everything IIIiiiiiIIIiiII nneeedd!"
