Looking forward to seeing what Tua has left against a decent if over the hill fighter in Ahunanya. He looked good beating Shane Cameron toward the end of last year and if he gets through that impressively enough then another world title shot shouldn't be too far off. For me, he beats Haye and Vlad but Vitali would jab his head off for 12 rounds. Good to see him back.
Tua is always a dangerous guy , he can hit extremely hard with that Left hook , but lost his way after a few lacklustre outings.. Byrd and Ibeabuchi gave Tua some home truths , so too did Lewis.. Friday is very up for this one, and he knows exactly what he is up against ... I just wonder if David is taking the fight lightly.... Friday has just gone over to NZ on Thursday... His preparations have gone very smoothly, no excuses at all.. God Bless..
Why after all these years as a Pro is Tua still fighting this level of opposition? When was the last time Tua won a meaningful fight? 1999?
They're fighting for a title and to be honest Ahunanya isn't bad at all. He's 38 but he's decent enough and considering Tua's just back from a 2 year lay-off this is a good enough fight for him I reckon.
I'm just glad to see an exciting heavyweight in this division.. He looked so sharp against Cameron, I'm excited to see how he does against friday.
Tua would be a nightmare for Vlad Klitschko but I reckon Vitalli would have too much for him with that sickening jab. As you say though, he's exciting and I'm glad to see him back at a decent level.
