Provided this fight doesn't end in Disqualification.

    Who takes it and why

Golota finds a way to lose

Despite being able to outbox and outmaneuver Tua

He'll probably get clipped with a Tua left hook and just mentally fall apart

Golota is ahead on the scorecards before having a mental breakdown - leading him to quit in the middle of the ring. That or he gets knocked tf out for lack of concentration at some point in the fight.

Did Golota ever survive a murderous puncher? I'm having a hard time envisioning it here, I think he probably makes a combination of that face he made in the Lewis and Brewster fights.

I'd be surprised if Golota doesn't get caved in, in the first few
    minutes of the first round

I watched these two spar many times. Golota held is own but Tua was too strong for him. Golota would not have been able to take it from a well conditioned Tua without finding a way out. Both were in the same stable, but they moved Golota forward quicker because they knew he was a mental mess.

I heard that Golota would whoop Tua in sparring. Do you mean you watched them spar live in Florida?

Andrzej Golota wins this by UD just as he did vs. Ferguson and Witherspoon.

Lewis and Brewster obliterated him and washed up Tyson caused him to literally jump out of the ring. He panicked when in the cross hairs of a thunderous puncher simply put.

I’m not a Tua worshipper by any means but stylistically he’d be a moral to put Golota away fast imo. Conversely Golota likely does much better against slick boxers like Ali and Holmes for example than Tua could. Boxing is funny like that.

Are there any other minutes than the first few in any one round?

Golota was legitimately seriously injured against Tyson. This was verified by a neurosurgeon. If it wasn't for that he would have stuck in with "Iron Mike" much longer.

Golota would have a better chance of soiling his trunks than beating Tua.

He was injured by Tyson. A punch caused the injuries because Golota got nailed while standing upright and rigid. Discounting those injuries makes little sense because it happened due to his shortcomings.

Golota could potentially out box Tua, but his fragile psyche would let him down imo, and once Tua sensed blood he would close the show.

I'm only gonna reply because this is one of the few Tua fantasy match ups he actually has a shot at winning. This is Tua's level against another long time contender that lost ever important fight in his career and somehow failed to grab a major title in the alphabet soup era. He still probably wouldn't be impressive, likely losing every round until he clips Golota late, leading to an exaggerated KD and confusing stool quit job with one round left to go, possibly a riot.
