    Clearly the Bowe fights. But at the crux of the Bowe fights was his talent. If he was some plodder that just went low and got dq’d he would be quickly forgotten. I think the fact that he was dominating Bowe in both fights and got himself tossed out added to the surreal nature of both contests. Bowe was viewed as the best heavy in the world and this mostly unknown Polish heavy had faster hands, better defense and a better jab. Winning both fights if he could just make final bell without going low he failed both times. Bizarre. (Although it quickly became apparent as his career progressed this was his make up)
