David Tua vs. Chris Arreola

Arreola's defense is garbge.He also doesn't use a jab.

Sooner or later he would get hit and he wouldn't get up.

No one knocks out Tua at least in the professional ranks. Felix Savon kayoed the Samoan strongman in the amateur ranks. But CA is no Felix Savon. Arreola showed a porous defense against Minto which would not bode well for him against a revitilized DT. He showed an iron chin against Klitschko but Klitschko was moving backwards and not settling down on his punches. Tua would meet Arreola head on like two bull elephants. Tua would rip into Chris' midsection with hooks and it would not be good for the Nightmare. Tua systematically breaks down a very game Arreola in a crowd pleasing scrap. This fight should be made soon. It would really give the HW division some momentum after dull fights like Haye-Valuev and Klitschko-Arreola.

Tua TKO 9 Arreola because Chris has an awesome chin and heart otherwise this would end much sooner. Having no defense and being Tua's punching range gets just about anyone not named Ike Ibeabuchi brutally knocked out IMO.

Arreola in halfway decent shape probably outworks Tua to a UD. Although the completely out of shape version of Arreola we saw against Minto would get knocked out in about 6 rounds.

It all depends on what kind of shape both fighters show up in on fight night if this fight actually get made.

 

:good Fair enough,and I think I can agree with you on that. Although I dont think Arreola looked that bad,Ido agree that he has to tighten up that defense.

 

Easy to hit + less than granite chin = Tua ko.
Facts have to be faced, as much as Americans and/or Mexicans want a heavyweight champion, Arreola simply isn't very good.

Tua is over the hill and would struggle against any top-10 HW who has decent movement.

However, Arreola does NOT have decent movement.
