I think Tommy Brooks would have prepared Evander to fight Tua like he did with Tyson during this time. He brought in mediocre swarmers like Gary Bell who were kicking Holyfields ass for three weeks straight. Holyfield was looking to back out of the Tyson fight because of it. By the time Tua got to camp, Holyfield was a confident fighter who handled him pretty well in training. I think the well prepared Holyfield always beats Tua, but the Duva Benton trained Holyfield probably gets his head handed to him if he tries to stand with Tua, who hit very hard.
