    How many rounds?

Over 12 the Tua of the Ibeabuchi fight outworks Jeffries to take a UD.

Beyond that Jeffries starts to take control.

12 or 45, I like Jeffries by decision......Tua was not skilled enough on the inside, he went for the home run too much.

Tuas workrate could alow him to outwork Jeffries over 12 rounds.

Jeffries would fight off the back foot and make Tua take the fight to him. He would set up his jab and then counter Tua with right hands. He would need time for his strategy to wear Tua down.

what about tua's one punch ko power which stays with him until eternity?
also tua has good defense for an aggressive fighter, he can walk you down.

can jeffries chin stand up to a tua?
i dont know much about jeffries. i've read he was strong but i cant remember reading he was tough?

Tua's work rate? Tua doesn't throw than many punches except for the Ike fight, because Ike forced him to fight.

Funny, the first thing I ever read about Jeffries was how tough he was.

oooo nice matchup......outside of his left hook i think jeffries outdoes tua in every other aspect. i dont see either getting knocked out and would pick jim a da jeff by decision unless we are talkin longer than 12 and tua may eventually wilt

I'd go for Jeffries to wear Tua out after taking some bombs he starts to dictate things around the 14th.12round fight Tua might do it on greater punch stats.Over a compromise 20rds Jeffries by dec

    Don't know about that.

Tua was quite comfortable at 245.

Could Jeffries handle that kind of size?

In Tua 's arguably best performance , against Ibeabuchi he weighed 226,at 245 and 510 he was pig fat.

He was chubby at 245, but he performed well at that weight.

It's been noted by any number of commentators when he fought.

Anyway, even above 245, when he got there, he wasn't BAD. He's never suffered weight wise, as he carries it well. He's simply been outboxed at times.

  15. Sonny's jab

    Sonny's jab Guest

"The Boilermaker" Jeffries would probably dance rings round Tua, all night, up on his toes, stick and move, pop-pop-pop with the jab, even a bit of showboating, for a clear decision win. Jeffries was like a heavyweight Willie Pep.
