Just like Tua, not only got outboxed by Byrd, he withdrew from the action. Save us time Dino, if Klitschko fought them, you go the other way on any other heavyweight when it comes to comparisons or a fantasy head to head match up. You're beyond transparent and you are not convincing at all. Peter went south post-Klitschko. He was 265 pounds for Chambers in a majority decision loss, with one very bad judge. We are picking the fighters at their optimal weights and condition here. If he as in shape, Peter wins over Chambers.
No , Tua is the better fighter here , anybody with eyes and who isn't a biased nuthugger can see that. You only pick Peter because he is one of Wlads better wins. That is an absolute fact. You're a fan of fighters , not a true fan of the sport. Peter was garbage. If James Tony could out box him , Byrd would out box him on a weeks notice.
You have a point of view that I disagree with ,no problem there. For my money Tua is the superior fighter, he hits harder has a better chin ,and is quicker with a better resume. You don't agree ,that's okay
Tua's people made the Rahman fight when Rahman was a hot undefeated prospect with great size and a huge punch. I think Tua (pre-Ike Tua, anyway) would have mowed down McCline and Briggs.
Watch Rahman's slopfest against Wooden. He had pretty obvious vulnerabilities in defense and stamina. I'm pretty sure the fight with Tua was for a high ranking too, likely part of why it got made. Peter's head was like twice the size the of Rahman's. I think he could jab enough to win a decision without getting knocked out.
