I think Vladimir's style plays into Tua's hands.

Virchis is first at WBC rankings. I dont know how he gets first place. McCall deserved first place. I dont know what will happen. He beats Vidoz at May but McCall bets Sinan Samil Sam for WBC intercontinental title.

virchis is horrendously slow. he doesnt have a good skill set and is only got where he is becuase of his big punch and hieght....he will get flattned or outboxed soon.

but tua can win this i feel.

Would be fun to watch! Could go either way IMO.
Both Virchis and Tua can bang.Styles make fights.Virchis desperately needs a stationary target-he has looked like **** against mobile fighters.
Tua isnt the fasted and most mobile fighter out there.Virchis can be knocked out.Vitaly Klitschko knocked him out at the amateurs.
Whoever comes through with one of his powerful shots would probably be the winner of this bout!
Virchis has improved a lot within the last couple of months. The same cant really be said about Tua.If forced I would probably bet my money on Virchis!

I would favor Tua slightly.Virchis is slow and somewhat limited, however his only loss was a close decision to Chagaev. He was getting well beaten by Bidenko before a late KO for the win.He has a good chin and good power as does Tua who has better speed and skill.Tua has looked lethargic in his comeback but if he gets his act together he could still be a force in this sorry division.Tua UD

In his prime Tua would have taken him. I think this version of Tua though is very vulnerable even more than he was before.

5 years ago I'd pick Tua. But TUa doesn't have it anymore.

This could be a slower version of Ibeaubuchi-Tua
