 I know my friend. Like I said in the Aussie forum, my man Chauncy Welliver will be sparring Cameron, and he isn't sure who else, but he thinks Kelvin Davis might also be sparring Cameron.

Then Tua will be at a good weight for the fight against Cameron.

250 is actually a pleasant surprise at this point. Hopefully he'll be around 240.

I still think for a man of his dimensions he was best at around 225lbs, if he really wants to convince people of his comeback he should get down as low as possible, but maybe thats a pipedream these days.

TBH I think after the inactivity he's been through, anything under 240 for the Cameron fight is gravy. And I honestly believe that a fit 240 pound Tua should blow Cameron out quick anyway.
Here's hoping it's not the end of the ride though, hope to see Tua approaching 230 for his next fight

Tua is 114kg, which is 251 pounds. Is in good shape and had a great press gallery watching him go through some workout stuff with roger Bloodworth today.

2 years out, and less than 20 lbs more from his last fight, not bad.

He has always been fairly heavy considering his height.I bet they wont get him any lower than 17 and a half.

I think that Samoans are just naturally larger people. Tua was ripped in his prime though.

250 isn't so bad for a heavyweight. Don't get me wrong, he will need to train hard, but guys like Fernando Vargas get that big in their off time and go in fighting at a hundred pounds less. Really not a shocker
