I'm not sure about Haye being embarrassed, I'm pretty sure he was behind it. Sort of thing him and Booth would come up with.
It was more Hayes reaction that makes me think he had nothing to do with it. He looked like he wasn't expecting it at all. All he said was "We'll see. We'll see" over and over again to the taunts. It was still rubbish whoever thought it up:huh
It was a rehearsed stunt. Sky's Craig Slater dropped the hints during his interviews with Colin Hart and Ian Darke.
I like Haye in general but I've seen him enough of him to think he's capable of being behind such a cringe worthy stunt and thinking it's funny. After all he's the one who keeps going on about how ugly Valuev is(yawn). If you look closely as well, Haye stood up at the exact moment he needed to to do the 'pushing match'. He definately knew about it.
