Davies-Napa on Moore-Rhodes undercard

good win by napa but he should go down to fly

 

Napa was awesome imo.

 

Both my boys Napa & Booth won recently and both looked brilliant in winning, two of the best technical fighters in Britain.

 

That's bull****. A British title fight and he wasn't trying. Somehow I don't think so

 

Mate they were definately classes apart... Napa is on a different level compared to Davies he never really came out of second gear. Hopefully he moves down to superfly and at gets a crack at a world title!!

 

If anyone in British boxing deserves a World Title fight at the moment it is Napa...

I only saw the rounds Sky decided to show, but in most of them he looked like he was back to his best...

I've always wanted to see Napa in against Ivan Calderon so fingers crossed....

dissapointed with last nights result as we thought gary had it by 2 or 3 rounds and that was the genral concencus from ringside, garys in an upbeat mood as he thought he had done enough to win the fight, **** knows were sky got there punch stats from though, what was interesting is that someone came round and said the judges had gary winning the first 5 rounds but not going to moan as he done himself and me proud, considering hed never been past 7 and had a nightmare on tues which im not going int he fought amazing imo!!!

 

I know Sky didn't show 3/4 rounds Neil however the general feeling on here was that Napa had won the majority of the rounds shown and a lot feared he was gonna get 'jobbed'

 

yer mate not complaning, made up with garys performance he had a maor incident on tue night and he was the only 1 that didnt want to pul out of the fight so it was a miracle doin the full 12, he won most of the early rounds for sure but i just think he had it by 2 which he did himself, but hes in good spirits which is the main thing so hopefully lots more to come, he never got outclassed in anyway shape of form imo like a few people have said!!

 

I haven't seen it so i'll go by what you say. Got it Sky+ though so will be watching on Wed when I get home. Fair play to the lad though. Very tough fight to take on his first defence.

yer mate he did me proud anyway, i have to say ricky hatton was a class act came into his dressing room after the fight to see gary and gave him some cracking words of encouragement and i know he gets a lot of stick on here but that was a class act he did imo and really gave gary a boost, plus he had gary by 3 haha

 

How the hell can you say Davies won that by 2 or 3 rounds you nutter!! The better technican clearly won... If you think he is on the same level as Napa you are crazy, don't get me wrong ur man showed alot of heart but the right man won!!
