No doubt Taylor exposed Davies badly but Taylor never struggled against opposition prior to Davies. Catterall barely got passed McKenna and the fight against Nurse was close. I don't buy into the hype. Now I can see the score being controversial or a close one, but no way do I see Catterall putting on a Taylor like performance on Davies. He's not on that level.
Catterall is the better boxer and will sap the power out of Davis with body shots. But he's also easier to hit than Taylor so Davis has a better chance of taking him out wit power shots. Good fight , i won't be surprised by whoever wins. This content is protected
Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if Catterall wins but it'll be close. I don't rate Nurse or McKenna at all.

I was high on Catterall a few years ago, but he stagnated and plateaued out. Hooking up with Moore seems to have reinvigorated him, it's a good dangerous fight. Going with Catterall but like mist wouldn't be surprised if Ohara eventually breaks him down, Catterall is going to have to be cute tonight.
Uh I said Taylor/Davies was 50/50. Also said Davies was flatfooted which was his clear downfall. Now I was clearly wrong on it being 50/50, but at that point Davies fought better competition. I've seen Catterall enough to see that he's not going to put a schooling on Davies, unless he has the fight of his life. How come you didn't say anything when I was rooting for Hamazaryan to knock out Mattice?
Nurse is a good british level fighter no doubt, but don't you think Davies is better than him? What's his username on the british boxing forum?
