Davis looking for Hearn to #FreeTank

I hate sky sports and dislike many matchroom agendas. But I'd love to see Eddie be a success in the states because American boxing needs it. Some say Floyd killed boxing in America but I don't agree. It's the responsibility of the promoters to resurrect the sport over there and they're just not doing enough. Although, I do like what Showtime are doing with Wilder/Fury.

Everyone should be rooting for Eddie in the states because he's the only promoter to identify the problem and try to fix it.

 

People know this but cant accept it due their dislike for Hearn.

It makes no sense for any boxing fan wanting DAZN/Matchroom USA to fail. HBO have just quit the boxing business yet some want to see another platform fail. That doesnt make sense at all. Boxing in the US needs as many platforms as possible broadcasting the sport. It needs promoters who can stage regular shows showcasing fighters on a regular basis. Whether that is Hearn or someone else it doesnt matter, the sport needs it.

I dont look at MMA forums but I doubt there are many MMA fans who believe DAZN doing a nine figure deal with Bellator is somehow bad for the sport of MMA.

Somehow DAZN doing a deal with matchroom according to some is not good for Boxing.

I saw Espinosa claim AJ fighting on a streaming service isnt good for his career yet Hearn said the DAZN rating for AJ vs Povetkin wasnt much lower than AJ'S fights on showtime.
