Loma would crush and possibly stop Tank. Unlike Teo and Devin (and Loma arguably beat Devin) Tank isnt significantly larger than Loma. Tank would get humiliated versus Loma.

It'd be Haney all over again with Loma winning and getting robbed on the cards.

Loma could overwhelm Tank, but I just think Davies is explosive and good enough to beat an ageing Loma. Good fight in any case, and I'd really want to see it, but Davies seem quite intent on low risk fights. Garcia was a good opponent, but still very good risk/reward ratio. Loma is more risk for less reward, so don't think Tank fancies it.

Wouldn't surprise me if Davies is content taking on cannon fodder while waiting for a call from Inoue.

Lomachenko turns 36 in February and has had 3 fights in 3 years and his last was a loss in May of 2023., He also holds no physical advantages over Tank. Loma is fighting above his best weight and is obviously past his prime. I think if the odds are good I'd bet on Tank, I think he'd be the hardest puncher Loma has faced at 135 and with him slowing down coupled with inactivity it doesn't bode well for him in the mid to late rounds.

    Loma is visibly slowing down.

With that being said I still think he beat Haney but it would've been a dominating victory a couple years ago. And he's still top 5 in the division IMO. If they fought in May, I think Loma would lose a close, controversial decision. If they fought 2 years from now Tank stops him. The difference being he had no fear of Devin, he would fight Tank more like he fought Teo, but Tank is actually faster and a sharper puncher than Teo. That would cost him some rounds.

I want Tank to win but I am not sure.

Not sure if Lomachenko wants it even, he will fight Kambosos for the IBF title. He will surely win that one.

With Haney moving up, these are the best two in the division now.

Obviously Loma would have stopped Tank had they fought at SFW, now it's more of a 60-40 on Loma's favour.

Tank starches the retreating, light-hitting Loma.

It would have been a good fight a few years ago. It's funny now that Loma is in his mid 30's and 2 weight classes above his natural weight that all of a sudden these US fighters have found their nuts.
